 Job Description 

Role Overview: 

As a Sales Agent/Broker you will be instrumental in extending our mission to provide comprehensive insurance and financial solutions to 1099 and self-employed individuals. Your core responsibilities will be to identify, engage, and convert potential customers into satisfied clients who benefit from group insurance solutions.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Familiarize with the product offerings, gain in-depth product knowledge, and attend introductory training sessions. 
  • Begin prospecting: Identify and research potential clients who may benefit from our services. 
  • Engage in lead generation activities including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach. 
  • Conduct initial customer outreach and respond to inquiries. 
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for potential clients to tailor offerings. 
  • Initiate steps for customer relationship management, including follow-ups and addressing concerns. 

 Reporting Structure & Collaboration: 

  • Sales agents/brokers will report directly to a Regional Manager, who will provide continuous support, guidance, training, and mentorship.  
  • Collaboration within teams and with other departments is encouraged to ensure seamless client experiences. 

 Key Performance Objectives: 

  • Prospecting: Continuous identification and research of potential clients. 
  • Lead Generation: Achieve monthly targets for generating qualified leads. 
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment goals and revenue targets. 
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends. 
  • Feedback & Innovation: Provide feedback to improve product offerings and identify potential market segments.
